Happy Friday, Hunters!

The Expansive Worlds team is back in action after a two-week break exploring the (real) wilds! A good opportunity for us to check what happened while we were gone and share a bit more about how we’re working to evolve our communication to better suit your needs. Let’s dive in!

SUMMER RECAP

It’s been a busy summer for the team here at Expansive Worlds! With the release of Revontuli Coast back in June, we’ve kept our ear to the ground for your feedback on this new reserve. It was thrilling to hear about how much you enjoyed our take on the Finnish coast and follow along as you shared moments of your hunts with us. From witnessing incongruous chases to meeting the quickest and luckiest shot in the wilds, life on the Revontuli Coast sure has been busy!

We’ve also taken the time to read, log, and continue working on all the issues you’ve reported back to us. Your help in tackling bugs is always appreciated. The team’s currently hard at work on fixing as many technical issues as possible for our next patch. In the meantime, make sure to check out our list of known issues and report the glitches you encounter in the wilds!

COMMUNICATING WITH YOU

Our Summer break was a great opportunity for us to look at the way we communicate with our community – what works, what doesn’t, and what’s missing. In that optic, we’ll be testing new ways to share information about theHunter: Call of the Wild with you in the coming weeks. Our main goal will be to reinforce the link between you and the work happening on the game by:

  • Making news more readily accessible.
  • Offering more outlets for you to share your impressions of our game.
  • Continuing to place clarity and transparency as our core values when communicating.

With that in mind, make sure you follow us on all our community channels:

Worry not! These changes will not remove any of the content you’ve come to appreciate like our regular Community Updates. While we’re rethinking how often these should be released in order to provide you with new and exciting content every time we post them, they’re not going anywhere. We’re looking forward to sharing more with you!

That’s it for today! Till next time,
The Expansive Worlds’ Community Team
